Glamping

What is Glamping?

What is glamping, you may ask? Glamping is a form of camping that combines the traditional outdoor camping experience without sacrificing all of the creature comforts.

Glamp at Lotus Cove

At Lotus Cove, that involves staying in a unique and luxurious 14’ X 16’ safari tent. The garden boasts two of these tents with enough room to accommodate the entire family. At 8 am, guests will have exclusive access to the entire botanical garden and private boat ramp. Amenities include eight kayaks, fossil hunting equipment, 12 sifting screens, three viewing boxes, 20 shovels, dive gear for PADI-certified divers, a deck overlooking the river, composting toilet, a hot shower, an outdoor kitchen, picnic tables, fire pits, three grills, a zipline, and pergola covered seating areas.

What’s Included?

Guests can choose a half-day, 1-day,  2-day, or 3-day experience. A stay at Lotus Cove includes exclusive access to the entire primitive glamping site, a one-acre botanical, and a private boat ramp directly into one of the most beautiful sections of Peace River, making it the perfect destination for an outdoor family gathering. Each stay also includes a Fossil & Shark Tooth Hunting Excursion, where guests will embark on an adventure like none other. The excursions are led by experienced guides and paleontologists who will take you to the best-hunting sites along the ancient riverbed and share their knowledge and expertise on the fossils you may find.

Multiday stays have the option to add additional wildlife and fossil hunting tours.

Local catering is also available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!
